Chidren really love to switch ot up and your suggestion abpout mealtime is a great way to start. Let your kids help plan the meal-they are more apt to eat foods they have seleted and/or helped to prepare. Turkey on whole wheat for breakfast, pancakes for dinner-sounds silly at first but see how they react! Good nutrition is the goal and this is a way to achieve it. One more suggestion-grow some herbs in pots on your windowsill and see how much the kids enjoy using them in cooking!
